Connected Organisations

I was thrilled to be asked to contribute a thought leadership article to the SCTE Broadband Journal. I love this industry and the possibilities of enabling truely connected organisations. Often the technology takes centre stage and the other elements that are essential to truly digital businesses get overlooked.
